Hi, I'm Heain.
I'm passionate about numbers, visualizations, and insight that speak and empower people to do their best work.

I'm a data insights developer with experience in consulting and project management. My fields have been mostly in government and education, but what's most important to me is being able to use data insights to affect positive change.

I've had some amazing opportunities to work with organizational leaders at the cross-section of data/information and project management. Through those experiences, I realized I really love the nitty-gritty of getting the data into understandable visuals. It's even more fun when it's interactive.

I want to share with you my experience and data analytics and visualization projects through this platform.

I've worked on many projects working with leadership to define key metrics, business insight strategies, and developing organizational systems to enhance data-driven decision making. These experiences built my core competencies.
